A spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment full of charming details and fine workmanship. The space This large apartment covers 230 m2 (2,500 sqft) and is both bright and very spacious. Inline with our development principles and to minimize our environmental impact, we have designed all our apartments to be cooled naturally, maximizing the architecture and the exciting L-shaped building layout. The apartment is open on 4 facades, with windows that open at either end of the apartment, we enjoy the cooling of the winds of The Bospherus moving through both levels of the apartment, providing a constant breeze which are more than sufficient for cooling needs. The apartment was designed with natural cooling in mind however we have also installed air conditioning in all bedrooms so that those hot nights can be cooled to comfortable sleeping levels. And there is plenty of space for an additional single bed should an extra (child) guest require it. We permit for 6 guests however if there is a need for more, please reach out to us to discuss how we can accommodate your needs. Guest access This is a self-contained apartment with guests sharing the entrance, stairwell and small lift. Other things to note The apartment shows a constant theme of that of the building as a whole - illustrating the rich history of Galata by rejuvenating as much of the original building as possible - our key mission from the start.
