Peaceful, rustic getaway in Pinecrest Canyon, just 9 miles from SLC & 17 miles from Park City. Lots of deer! Roads are plowed during the winter but AWD/4WD is recommended. Cell and internet can be spotty. Att and Verizon work best.Parking for 3 cars. Owners live next door, shared walkway. The space You enter the house through the door in the kitchen which is located at the end of the walkway, on the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas/electric rage with a convention oven. There is radiant floor heat in the kitchen. The kitchen is situated directly off the deck, making evening meals on outside convenient. Off the kitchen is the living room, TV room and downstairs bathroom. The TV room has a gas fireplace and 36" TV set up for Nextflix, Amazon Prime and DVDs. The downstairs bathroom is located off the TV room and has a full bathtub. Next to the kitchen, there is a living room with dining table. The dining table seats four easily, but more can be squeezed in! There are also several stools for counter top dining. The living room has a comfy, oversized couch and chairs which are great for lounging and reading. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for cold nights. The downstairs bedroom has bunk beds in it which one full and one twin bed. It has ample light looking into the wooded back yard. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs which both have queen sized beds. These two rooms share a bathroom which has a lovely, enclosed shower. Downstairs there is a kitchen , living room, TV room and bedroom. The bedroom down stairs, has a bunk bed with a full and a twin bed and is situated off the living room. Downstairs there is one full bathroom, with a bathtub, a full kitchen which is located directly next to the deck, a TV room with Netflix and Prime but no TV stations, Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own view into the trees and nature. The upstairs bathroom has a fully enclosed shower with excellent hot water and pressure. There is a large deck directly off the kitchen with a dining table and hammock (in season). There is also a stone walkway in the back with access to a second hammock and a fire bowl. Guest access Set your GPS before you enter the canyon incase you lose signal. The roads are plowed daily in the winter months and the parking is directly next to the road. There are parking for three cars, please contact us if you need more parking and we'll try to work it out :) Other things to note There is an easy, public hiking trail .5 miles from the front door. This popular hike is one of the only "flat" hikes around! It has a beautiful views, nature and wildlife. Accessible year round, great for snow shoeing and even cross country skiing.
