Large quiet house in the heart of the village

Enjoy this fabulous, pleasant and quiet accommodation. It is ideally located at the bottom of the village of Ceillac, close to shops, shuttle stops and hiking and Nordic skiing departures. The two-story house consists of a large, very spacious and warm living room to spend good times with friends and family. The space The main room is open to the dining room where large bay windows give access to a 24 m² terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing (outside the winter season). The lounge area is equipped with 2 large sofas, TV, DVD player and reading corner. The fully equipped kitchen is very functional and spacious with a central island. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one with 2 single beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a large walk-in closet. In the hallway is a library with children's books and books about the area. The spacious bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. In the hallway is a toilet. The main entrance to the house is shared with my parents' apartment on the ground floor. The entrance hall of the rental is located on the ground floor, a staircase leads upstairs. You can park your vehicle behind the house. Ski equipment and bicycles can be stored outside the house, in a place provided for this purpose in a private garage. Guest access The house is a family village house completely renovated in 2007. Parking is available behind the "Grand Rue" house.
