This spacious lower-level apartment features a new kitchen and bedroom, along with a cosy sitting area to curl up with a book or watch a movie. Spot the bunny hopping across the lawn in the morning as you sip a hot drink on your private patio. Roast a marshmallow over a campfire in the evening. The space Unwind in this 1,000 square-foot lower level apartment that looks onto a farmers field and is soaked in morning light. Cook a delicious meal in an open-concept kitchen. Enjoy a meal or work from your computer at a dining room table. Relax on a comfie couch or stylish lounge chair where you can watch Netflix or Crave on TV. Rest in a separate bedroom on a queen sized bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are available on a twin-sized daybed. Wifi available throughout the apartment. In 2021, this home was rebuilt by Amish carpenters and skilled tradespeople. It incorporates two units, the lower floor, where the AirBnB is located, and a separate upper floor apartment where the host stays. This space is intended to be welcoming, supportive and safe to all regardless of gender, citizenship, race, place of origin, age, religion, sexuality, family status, or marital status. A few house rules: 1) A kind request to keep noise to a minimum from 11pm to 6am. No extra guests without notice please 2) Please do not smoke indoors (this includes using vapes, bongs, etc.) 3) For your own safety, please avoid entering the barn and large red shed on the property
