The house is on a 1030 m2 plot with a playhouse for the children and space for any dog you bring to frolic (note: currently there is no fence against the driveway). A very child-friendly beach is located at the end of the gravel road, just 100 meters to the crab bridge, Kaløvig marina and the Mindelunden with beautiful nature. Approximately 500 meters to the marina where there is a nice restaurant. 13 km to Aarhus (about 20 minutes by car) or by bus that stops about 200 meters from the house. Beautiful bike ride, partly on bike path along the water is also possible into the city, where there is plenty of opportunity for shopping, cafes, restaurants, museums, cinemas, theater and other attractions.
