LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I have absolutely adored living in this hidden DIAMOND of a townhome. It’s time to share my favorite place with the world. Welcome to Diamond in The Bay! *5 mins to Bayshore Blvd *10-15 mins to all Downtown Tampa has to offer (Soho, Hyde Park Village, Amalie Arena, etc) *10 mins to Tampa International Airport *15 mins to Historic Ybor *20 mins to Raymond James Stadium *20-25 mins to Downtown St Petersburg *30-35 mins to St Pete Beach *45 mins to Clearwater Beach The space Your dedicated parking is in the back, where you then access the unit from the beautiful outdoor patio area. When you walk in, you are greeted by the newly renovated kitchen on the ground floor. After climbing just a few stairs, you enter the comfortable main living area, which includes a half bath for convenience. If you climb a few more steps to the third level, you’ll find the luxury king bedroom. The full bathroom and relaxing queen bedroom with dedicated workspace is located on the fourth level, giving you a nice, private and quiet retreat. COMMUNITY POOL You will find the pool key on the island in the kitchen. Feel free to soak up the sun! The pool is located adjacent to the cul-de-sac. SMART TV'S There are TV's with Roku technology in the living room and king bedroom. My Disney+ and Prime Video accounts will be logged in for you to use! Feel free to log into your own streaming accounts, but please do not log out of Disney+ or Prime Video. Make sure to log out of your accounts when you leave. KING BEDROOM Luxury plush Stearns & Foster mattress on remote-controlled adjustable base. Head and foot adjustment settings designed to help alleviate joint pains and provide increased pressure relief. Also great for watching tv in bed and alleviating sleep apnea, asthma, and snoring. TV with Roku, 2 dressers, and 2 nightstands. QUEEN BEDROOM Solid wood furniture. Comfy queen bed, 2 dressers, 1 nightstand. Desk workspace with comfy Serta leather office chair. Guest access You will have access to the whole townhome expect for the supply closet on the top floor (locked for cleaning team use only) and the outdoor shed (locked). Other things to note VITAMINS AND PAIN RELIEF Help yourself to any of the vitamins or pain relief products (tylenol, excedrin, aspirin, etc) we have stocked in the drawers in the rolling wooden cart in the kitchen. POTS AND PANS Located in the right-middle drawer of the kitchen island. COFFEE STATION Equipped with a Keurig, K-Cups, creamer pods, and sugar varieties. TUPPERWARE Located in the bottom-left drawer of the kitchen island. PANTRY + FRIDGE Help yourself to any items in the pantry or fridge but please be mindful of expiration dates. We may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. SECURED BY RING DOORBELL - BACK DOOR The back door is secured by a Ring doorbell security camera. ON-CALL HANDYMAN WITHIN 1 MILE Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June to November, we recommend securing travel insurance with hurricane related protection during that time.
