Your room will have a full size bed, TV with Roku, Ceiling fan and light and extra fan, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, Extra blanket and pillows, alarm clock with USB and dresser with 6 drawers to put clothing in You have access to common area , kitchen, laundry room and backyard and of course your room and your own bathroom I will be in and out if you have any questions about anything just call me and I will be able to help Neighborhood is very quiet, you will hear the wildlife on the lake, The lake is for electric use only if you have a boat I have boat parking in front of the house then you can go a block down to launch, launch fee is $20 last time I checked When parking in driveway please park closest to the grass for which I keep my car in garage and get out on the other side There are Tasting rooms/wineries 10 minutes away, launch ramp for boat is block away Discovery Bay Marina, we have a few restaurants here in Disco, Boardwalk grill and Discovery Bay steakhouse, by Safeway there are a few places to eat as well, 15 minutes away is Brentwood and they will have everything g you need, lots of shopping and restaurants, any other things your interested in I can let you know where they would be, also we have places to go to listen to bands on the water, you can get there by boat or drive.
