You will be within walking distance of Uptown, the Dick & Willie Trail, and the Virginia Museum of Natural History. This historic home was one of three homes built by the Simmons family. Dick Simmons, president of American Furniture Company built and lived in this home. The space Enjoy ample sitting areas, access to a fully stocked kitchen, a projector room, an office for work, and separate patio areas. Each suite has comfortable beds, full bathrooms, smart TV's, high speed internet. Family and business groups are preferred. Individual room bookings available. Other things to note We have an on-site host available to assist with check in and check out and other reasonable requests that you may have such as; directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. Our on site host, resides in the basement apartment with a separate entrance/exit/parking, and can be reached through Airbnb messaging.
