Close to many venues like Mapfre Stadium, OSU, Hospitals, Short North, and Downtown. Awesome for weekend events like Blue Jackets and concerts. Also convenient for short-term stays. The living room and bedroom are on the third floor which has a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a queen-size bed, nightstands, desk, and small closet on the second third floor. There is a spacious bathroom, with a new shower/tub on the second floor. The kitchen is on the second floor and is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. **Exterior security cameras are present for security** Guest access The unit is accessed via a smart lock with a personalized code. Check-in is at 3 PM. We do not allow early check-in. This unit has two flights of stairs to reach the living space. If you struggle with stairs, this may not be the best rental for you. Other things to note We seek to serve guests who respect our property and respect our rules. The host lives in one of the other units on site. We reserve the right to refuse local guests.
