Business and vacation in an oasis of peace called "Valdarenne"! You will be welcomed in a cozy house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Just two train stops from Rho Fiera and five minutes from the beautiful WWF National Park of Vanzago. The attic apartment (reachable on the second floor by a very comfortable internal staircase) is inside a detached house of only two housing units. Ideal solution for work, study and vacation. The space The apartment is located in an agricultural village called Valdarenne (Vanzago). It is one of a kind, because you will separate the stress and chaos of big cities in a corner of paradise. The station, with large free parking, is a 5-minute drive away and is very well served to reach Rho Fiera (only two stops), the Duomo of Milan and the San Siro stadium. If you prefer to reach the fair by car, well, it is useful to know that you will only travel 16 km (18 minutes)!!! In the village, there will be the possibility of taking long walks on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback (there is a riding school under the house), along the various paths that run alongside the WWF National Park. For fishing enthusiasts, you will be welcomed in the "Green Pond", which is within walking distance. For your needs and home, the Valdarenne village is very close to every service: agritourisms, supermarkets, pubs, ice cream parlors and above all you will be advised and assisted by your trusted host Enzo. Guest access Our attic is located on the second floor in a detached house. It is a 60-square-meter apartment arranged as follows: entrance to the kitchen, with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, oven and all the accessories, dishes and pots to cook independently. On the right, there is a large living room with a very comfortable and large corner sofa, TV and plenty of space. A cozy hallway will then accompany you to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. There will be the possibility of making two single beds or a double bed for each room (on request, according to needs). Also on request, there is the possibility of adding a fifth single bed in the living room. The bathroom consists of a sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, bathtub and washing machine.
