Description

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in Aguascalientes! Sleep under a starry night with an unbeatable view of the dam and the magical town of San José de Gracia, immerse yourself in the surrounding nature without giving up comforts. The domes are self-sustaining and in an unbeatable location: by car just 19 min. (13km) from San José de Gracia and its Broken Christ, about 22 min. (15km) from Boca de Túnel with its zip lines and hanging bridges and about 42 min. (47 km) from Aguascalientes. The space Designed to accommodate 8 people comfortably, although we can accommodate up to 10. Our facilities have 2 domes and each dome has the following: o Two double beds with a desk in the middle. o A lamp and a plug to charge electronic devices. o Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower with hot water. o Hall with an armchair (1 in each dome). o A small table and four chairs. o Dinnerware (plates, glasses and cutlery) for 8 people. o A portable grill. o StarLink Broadband WiFi The domes have been designed to make our guests feel comfortable and at the same time very pampered with details and tasteful decoration. Guest access In the common areas we have the following: o 2 fire pits. o Small covered and illuminated area to place food or drink. o A sink with a water faucet. o Fixed grill. Other things to note Important information for your stay: o Due to the rural location of the domes and the lack of nearby 24-hour stores, we recommend stocking up before you arrive. o To get to the domes by vehicle, you must travel a dirt road of approximately 4 km, which takes about 8 to 10 minutes. The dirt road is in excellent condition for traffic. o Given the rural nature of the surroundings, it is possible to find small animals inside, such as spiders, scorpions or others, despite the semi-annual fumigation. To prevent this, we suggest keeping the dome doors closed at all times. There may also be other larger animals loose in the surroundings such as cows, dogs, etc. so it is important not to lose sight of children or pets to avoid an accident. There may also be other larger animals loose in the surroundings such as cows, dogs, etc. so it is important not to lose sight of children or pets to avoid an accident. o If you need firewood you can collect it or we can get it for you for a cost of $200 + VAT. o In some seasons, the entrance gate closes at 10:00 pm and reopens at 7:00 am. Arriving and checking in before 9:45 pm is advisable. o In winter temperatures drop considerably and we do not have heating, although the interior is warmer than outside it is important to be well sheltered and take precautions. o The energy of the domes comes from batteries charged by solar cells. Taking care of its use is key as it can run out. On cloudy days they can run out faster. There is no refund for lack of power in the domes. o If the batteries run out, there will be no water due to the hydropneumatic system. Keep this in mind for conscious use. o Despite constant maintenance, you may find small wear or stains on the walls as a result of the use of the domes. o Our domes are located on a 3-level sloping surface with stairs. Due to the absence of railings, we recommend supervising children at all times. o The domes' bathrooms do not have a door. o The hot water in the showers is provided by a solar heater, which allows us to be self-sustaining. On most days, you will enjoy hot water, although on cloudy days it may be less hot or cold. o During normal use of the accommodation, it is natural for some stains to occur on furniture (armchairs and cushions), bedding (duvets, sheets and towels) and walls. These stains often resist conventional cleaning methods, such as machine washing or cleaning with household products. We are fully aware of this and periodically carry out professional cleaning, in addition to repainting the walls, in order to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Despite our efforts, it's natural that with such frequent use some stains will appear, even after a thorough cleaning after each guest change. However, prior to your arrival, we carried out a thorough cleaning of the apartment. We care deeply about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests, so we strive to make sure the home is in top condition to welcome everyone who visits us. o We have barbecue utensils, but charcoal is not included. o The place where the domes are located is not fenced. o While we're happy to host pets, Airbnb policies require pets to be registered at the time of booking, which generates an additional pet fee, so don't forget to register your pets. We DO NOT provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, or water🧂☕💧 in our accommodation, as many guests did not use them and, as they deteriorated rapidly, they generated waste. To care for the environment and reduce the use of disposable plastics, we prefer not to offer bottled water. This practice also allows us to reduce costs and thus offer you better prices.
