Feel free to make yourself at home in the living area, kitchen, and private bath. Amenities: The building has great pools and facilities you can use for ₱150 per person, per day. To access them, just head to the Admin Office (Tower 5, P2) with your Visitor Authorization Form to pay the fee. Admin Hours: Mon-Fri (9AM-6PM) and Sat (9AM-1PM). Closed on holidays. Parking: If you’re bringing a car, there are two easy options: Onsite: ₱60 for the first 2 hours + ₱20 for every hour after. (First-come, first-served). SM North EDSA: Just a short walk away! ₱50 flat rate or ₱350 for overnight parking. Other things to note Please take a moment to review the following guidelines: Booking Details: 👉Guest Count: The base price is for 2 guests. We happily accommodate additional guests for ₱280 per person per night. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. 👉Flexible Timing: Need to check in early or check out late? Let us know, and we'll try to make it happen for ₱200/hour, based on availability. Parking & Amenities: 👉 Parking: While your booking doesn't include a dedicated parking space, paid parking is available onsite (first-come, first-served). If it's full, the nearby mall offers convenient parking options. See below for rates. 👉Pool & More: To enjoy the pool and other amenities, visit the Tower 5 P2 Admin office with your Visitor Authorization Form to pay the applicable fees. Your Privacy: 👉We take your privacy seriously. Any IDs you share are handled securely, and rest assured, our unit is free from any cameras or recording devices. House Rules: 👉 Registered Guests Only: For everyone's safety and comfort, only those on the reservation (max 4 people) are allowed on the property. 👉Considerate Cooking: Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors that might linger for future guests. 👉No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Violations will incur penalties and extra cleaning fees, and will be reported to Airbnb. 👉Shared Space: Help us keep things tidy by washing dishes after use and leaving your shoes at the door (we provide slippers!). Please also be mindful of noise levels. 👉Treat It Like Home: We want you to feel at home, so please treat our space with respect. Report any damages promptly so we can address them. Additional Notes: 👉Linens & Towels: We provide fresh linens and towels at the start of your stay. If you need additional cleaning or laundry services, convenient shops are available on the ground floor with free delivery.
