Relax with family or friends in this quiet and inspiring place. We are pleased to present our house to you. We built this house 10 years ago to see our children grow up in the countryside and close to everything. We are happy to offer it for rent from time to time and we hope you will feel good there. Warm, bright and functional, it leads to the sharing of good times and also allows you to discover the beauties of the region. The space The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor, a very large living room of 70 m2 with lounge/home cinema & kitchen/dining room overlooking a wooden terrace of more than 80 m2 with 360° views of Geneva, the Alps and the Jura. Upstairs: - a master suite - a large children's room with mezzanine - another children's room - a TV lounge/office In the basement, 2 independent apartments of about 25 m2 with small kitchen, independent bathroom and a large bedroom/living room giving access to a covered terrace of more than 80 m2. The house is equipped upstairs with reversible air conditioners that ensure a very comfortable temperature in summer. The 2 studios in the basement have the advantage of being extremely pleasant because they are cool in summer. Outside, you can enjoy an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and even a pizza oven to meet around good meals. For athletes, and to the delight of children, a buried trampoline, a large courtyard for cycling or scootering, a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, 2 large soccer cages, a dartboard and finally a large heated and salted pool of 8.5 m x 4.5 m will be ideal for entertainment or relaxation. Note that duvets and pillows are provided with the rental. Sheets, bath towels and kitchen linen are provided on request in addition to the rental price depending on the number of beds and people. Guest access The house is located in a very quiet subdivision of the wine-growing municipality of Challex. It has a magnificent view of the Jura, the Alps and the Mucelle vineyard. Free parking for several vehicles is available in the parking lot of the house. Other things to note This house is our main residence. We rent it out occasionally. We put a lot of care and heart into preparing it so you can have a memorable stay. We hope that you will feel good there and that you will take care of it. In addition, we make sure to leave some free storage space, but most of our belongings remain in the house. It should be noted that we have 2 cats and a dog who stay with us in the house. In case of pet allergies, please make your arrangements. We do intensive cleaning before you check in but cannot guarantee a hypoallergenic space.
