To maintain the exclusive and private atmosphere of our villa, only the guests listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. Should there be any changes to your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The maximum occupancy for each room is two guests unless otherwise authorized in advance. The villa owner divides time between Lombok and other locations, so we may or may not be available to greet you personally upon arrival. However, our dedicated staff are present daily to prepare breakfast, clean your room and the villa, and assist with any needs or requests you may have during your stay. When we are at the villa, we stay in the family room located in the main house, which is also available for rent when we’re not around. While we may or may not be able to greet you personally, our wonderful staff are here daily to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
