Private comfortable space in town for pets!

This get away allows easy access to all attractions. It's across the street from the Riverwalk with miles of trails. You will have a private, no-contact entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite. This suite is attached to our home. Kitchenette included with all you need! Sink is in the bathroom. Vacationing with your dog? We have a large pen and large patio for plenty of movement. Painting materials available...make your own souvenir! Walking distance to restaurants Dollywood-5.8 miles The space You will enter the space up the ramps into a private screened in patio where entertainment and relaxation may take place. There is a ping-pong and pool table along with putt-putt and painting items. A couch, hammock swing, lounge chairs, and hooks for a ENO provide plenty of options for relaxing while taking in the view. The table also provides a designated eating space with plenty of extra chairs around for more guests. As you enter the suite, you will see a queen size bed, large dresser, closet, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has everything you need to make a meal. Airfrier, double hotplate, refrigerator, blender, etc. We have included it all in a small space. There are outlets at each bedside for convivence. The bathroom has all original tile, sink, and tub from 1964. It is cute and functional. This is the only sink in the unit, so it will act as the bathroom and kitchen sink. The towels and bathmat will always be a high quality soft linens so you feel warm and loved while you are here. There is also a sitting area in the carport, a gorgeous Riverwalk across the street, and endless activities within minutes. We find value in the input from our guests, and we always do our best to fix anything that was mentioned in reviews or to us. Thank you to our guests! Guest access The carport, ramp, large screened in patio, queen bed in room, hallway, and bathroom are all totally private for the guests. There are very few houses around us, but it feels very private. We use the other side of the house to enter and exit. Often, we will not see our guests at all during their stay. Other things to note We provide covered parking for 1 vehicle. If you need to park 2 vehicles, please let us know.
