It is a very cozy apartment, with 2 bedrooms with double beds of 1.80m and 1.35m In the living room there are 3 double sofa beds. We are only 2 neighbors so it is a very quiet estate. Next door is the supermarket and bus and taxi stop, shops and restaurants, parks, tobacconist, etc. In 5 minutes walking, you reach the beach, it is on the third line of the beach. With such good weather in Valencia, you can enjoy the beach, being so close, almost every month of the year . There is a lot of tourist nearby.
