The space This condo is located on the second floor in a small, quiet and secured building. ⦿ Living Room ⦿ The living room has tons of natural light that floods in from the private balcony. When the weather is nice you'll enjoy sitting out there with a book or working on your laptop! The couch in the living room coverts into a queen sized bed. There is also a smart TV that is mounted and equipped with live tv, netflix and several other apps. ⦿ Kitchen & Dining Area ⦿ The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to use to serve a feast! Feel free to use any of the equipment you find as well as the spices and other staples in the pantry. We also provide coffee and snacks for you to enjoy during your stay. ⦿ Laundry ⦿ Across from the pantry you'll find the stackable washer and dryer. Please feel free to use these as needed! ⦿ Primary Bedroom ⦿ The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large closet available for you to use. ⦿ Guest Bedroom ⦿ The guest bedroom has a couch that converts to a full sized bed as well as a desk for your laptop. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself including use of the washer/dryer, dishwasher, tv and wifi. There is assigned parking available for one car, you'll find the parking pass as soon as you enter the condo. Other things to note This condo is child and family friendly and as such we are strictly smoke-free.
