Private Room with Shared Bath on Beautiful Farm

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique low-cost airbnb. You will have a private upstairs room with a shared bathroom and access to the animals and beautiful property outside. You have your own fridge/freezer and microwave. Please read through "other details to note" for a detailed description of what you may encounter on your visit to our farm! We want you to be happy with your stay and receive the serenity of the farm! The space You have a private room in the upstairs corner of the home away from others. You have a bathroom you will share at times share with a teen resident. Your room has dressers, some closet space, a comfortable full bed, cozy chair, microwave and mini fridge/freezer. Guest access You are welcome to use your room and the bathroom and to wander the property and enjoy the animals. We are very flexible if you'd like to use shared spaces, but we are a busy family on a working farm. We often have ongoing projects we are working on in the family room, kitchen table, or mudroom. So, the shared spaces are not guaranteed to be de-cluttered or sanitized to the level of the airbnb spaces. During your stay Horseback riding may be available on the property - $35 per person, $50 per couple, $75 per family Other things to note The vast majority of our guests love the vibe we offer, but we have had a few low reviews so I want to make sure and set the expectation so we attract the right crowd for what we offer. This is not a 5 star hotel, this is a family farm and the airbnb rooms are within our farm house. We have had beautiful experiences with our guests. Last Easter a guest joined us for Easter dinner. Long term guests become like family. Of course, some guests just like to keep to themselves and we rarely see them and that is fine too. We are a hard-working family with full time jobs in addition to our farm work. As a working farm, in the spring and summer our mudroom or kitchen may be filled with produce, alpaca fleece, herbs and other projects. There are six weeks of farm camps in the summer when kids are running around the farm from 9-2:00 M-F. At times people are camping outside. We don't have indoor pets and we hate bugs or rodents indoors so we made every attempt to keep the house fly, ant, mice, etc free. If at any time you see any pests indoors we want to know right away so we can address them. We want you to be happy with your stay and receive the serenity of the farm.
