Mactan 8 Newtown Room with a view ☆AnY House

I'm a Korean host residing in Mactan Newtown. I will prepare carefully to make your stay in the attractive Cebu comfortable. The space It's located within Mactan Newtown, a landmark of the Mactan Island of Cebu, and it is 15 mins from the airport. As a studio-style one room of 39 sqm, there is a sliding glass door between the bedroom and living room that allows for space separation. It is located on the 15th floor, so it has nice views. There are amenities in the complex that can be used up to late hours. (Mart, Starbucks, Watsons, Metro Bank, McDonald's, 7-Eleven, etc........) You can stay safely because of our 24-hour security facility. There are kitchen utensils available for cooking, and we will strive to provide a comfortable resting area. Please take a photo of your passport (including members of the group) no later than 2 weeks beforehand to enter the☆☆ lobby. The check-in may be delayed if a passport copy is not submitted. ☆ ☆ Guest access There is a pool, playground, and outdoor terrace on the 5th floor of the building. The swimming pool is unavailable every Monday, as it is a day for cleaning. Other things to note Please take off your shoes indoors. The fire alarm device is sensitive, so please be careful not to burn food when using the kitchen. Put trash in trash bags and throw it away in the garbage room next to the elevators. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and you will be given a penalty if caught.
