Modern private room close to Goodwood Festivals

I'm offering a private room on the first floor in an end of terrace house overlooking a garden area. There’s a comfy double bed with cotton bedding, some wardrobe storage space and access to a shared bathroom with the host. There is a maximum two guest and the host in the property at any time. There is a microwave and toaster in the kitchen and space in the fridge for guests, however, no cooking facilities are provided. The space The house is a modern property in a quite cul-de-sac located in the village of Yapton with excellent links to, rundel, Chichester, Littlehampton, Portsmouth, Brighton and London. There is safe off road parking on the driveway, which is monitored by a 24/7 security camera. Guest access Guest have access to the bathroom, which is located next door to the bedroom. You can relax in the private garden or use the conservatory if the weather is not so good. During your stay Please feel free to ask me any questions. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The room accommodates up to two people, therefore an additional fee applies for two people. Please be aware of this when making a booking. A very friendly cat does live on the property, however, she won't have access to your room. Please be aware if you have allergies to pets.
