Other things to note Guests can hire our housekeeper, who is a great cook, paying her directly. The cost of this service is not included in the daily rate of the house, and is paid directly to her. The caretaker resides on the premises, outside the grounds of the main house, providing complete privacy. His services are included in the daily rate, providing full support to our guests. The rental amount includes all expenses such as electricity, water, bottled gas, 2 smartTVs and high-speed internet. Capacity and hosting rules The house accommodates up to 10 adults comfortably. Children 6 years and older are counted as adults in the total guest limit. Children up to 2 years of age are welcome and do not count, as long as the maximum number of children in this age group does not exceed 6. 🐾 Pets: We love pets, but the presence of animals must be previously agreed upon and approved prior to booking. Because it is a 30,000-square-meter ranch, the land is not fully fenced, which may not be safe for dogs that usually walk around loose. Therefore, we ask for extra attention and prior evaluation before hosting with pets.
