The Hideaway includes two cosy cabins, two luxury bell tents, a private hot tub, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge, shower/toilet block, and a beautiful outdoor, tiered seating area. You’ll also have access to two acres of stunning National Park land — perfect for relaxing, exploring, or just soaking up the views. The space Set high above a stunning valley, the Hideaway overlooks sweeping views of the South Downs National Park. This unique off-grid retreat sleeps up to 14 guests. ⸻ THE HOT TUB High-spec with panoramic views, and a disco ball for magical evenings under the stars. ⸻ THE VIEW CABIN A true highlight: huge valley views, open-plan studio with a handcrafted kitchen, HD projector, wood burner, dining area, lounge, and two double sofa beds. Includes private shower room and WC. ⸻ THE SLEEPER CABIN Romantic and peaceful, with a king-size bed and serene views — perfect for couples. ⸻ 2 x BELL TENTS Set on raised decks with beautiful views. Each tent is fully furnished with a double bed and two singles, cosy bedding, lighting, and outdoor seating. ⸻ BATHROOMS • View Cabin: Shower and WC • Shower block: Outdoor shower and two WCs ⸻ OUTDOOR KITCHEN Equipped with a gas stove, BBQ, fridge, and freezer — ideal for summer feasts under the stars. ⸻ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • View Cabin: Sleeps 4 (2 x double sofa beds) • Sleeper Cabin: Sleeps 2 (1 x king bed) • 2 x Bell Tents: Each with 1 double + 2 single beds ⸻ PARKING Space for up to 8 cars. Guest access You will have the the view cabin, the sleeper cabin, the bell tents , hot tub and amphitheatre to yourselves. We may be staying in the house however, the Hideaway is totally self contained and has its own entrance. Other things to note 🛑 House Rules • No smoking indoors • No naked flames inside or near tents/cabins • No plastic confetti, glitter, or anything harmful to the environment • Please follow the house manual — we’ll send it in advance •. There is a security camera outside the view cabin and on the hot tub Quiet hours: To respect the peaceful countryside and our neighbours, we ask for low noise after 11pm.
