Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence, you will enjoy a living room with exposed beams and decor with golden and green accents. The large equipped kitchen will allow you to cook your delicious meals. You'll also have the chance to enjoy a well-facing balcony that is not overlooked. The bedding has also been carefully chosen to allow you to enjoy the best comfort. The space A Living Space Designed for your Comfort: - Spacious and Well-Equipped Kitchen: Our large kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals in a soothing setting, equipped with everything you need for the perfect culinary experience. - Bright Living and Dining Room: Enjoy an open living space, ideal for relaxing or sharing friendly moments. - Cozy Bedroom with Shower Room: Rest in a comfortable bedroom, equipped with a memory foam mattress (160 x 200) for a restful night's sleep. A sofa bed with a 16 cm thick mattress is also available in the living room. - Sunny Balcony: Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the balcony, offering a pleasant and secluded view. Guest access As our guests, you will have access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor without elevator access. It is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
