Our air-conditioned apartment Nuss (about 65 m²) is on the 2nd floor of our house and has 2 bedrooms (a 2-bed room with a double bed and a 2-bed room with 2 single beds), a large kitchen/living room with kitchen block, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, couch and satellite TV. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet, anteroom and south-facing balcony. Amenities for our vacation rental guests: Heated pool 8m x 4m, outdoor hot tub, table tennis, football goal, sandbox, swings, barbecue hut, 2000m² of playground and sunbathing lawn with garden furniture, loungers, etc. As a bad weather alternative, a wellness area 100m², with large hot tub, sauna and solarium, is available free of charge in our house. It is very idyllic and quiet with us!
