Casa Azul has it's own private saltwater pool (can be heated for an additional charge up to 79°), 2 pool lounge chairs, outdoor dining table with an umbrella, charcoal grill and a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs! We have floats, noodles and you can bring your own floats too! (We have a pool float pump) This charming beach house sleeps 6! (We do allow up to 8 people to stay if you want to use couches or bring your own air mattress) We have 2 outdoor ring cameras for security. Front house. The space HEATED SALTWATER POOL and Dogs welcome, fully fenced in yard! The main suite is a KING size bed, with a walk-in closet and a newly remodeled bathroom with a tile shower and dual shower heads. It also has a smart TV, sound machine, and hair dryer. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has a smart TV with Roku. Luggage rack provided in the closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (can puch together to make a king) and a Pack 'n Play and crib in the closet. Also has a small TV. The Queen and Twin bedrooms share the hall bathroom. It is newly renovated with a tub with a tile surround. There is a hall linen closet with extra towels, pool towels and a pool float pump. We have a full laundry room with bleach, detergent, dryer sheets and, iron, ironing board, and a clothing steamer. The home is a split floor plan, with 2 bedrooms and one bath on the left side of the home, the living area is in the middle and the primary suite is on the right side. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook and bake! We have a coffee pot, coffee, coffee filters, toaster, blender and much more! (See pictures.) The garage has beach chairs, toys and games you are welcome to use on beach outings! For added fun we have a full-size PING PONG table in the garage! Large fenced in yard, saltwater pool with floats in an enclosure so you can be safe from bugs! There is a fire pit, chairs and a charcoal grill. (We do have a camera outside for security purposes only.) Please note pool guys come every Thursday afternoon to clean the pool. Please ensure the pool cage screen doors are unlocked so they can get in, Thank you :) We are 25 to 30 minuets from several amazing beaches! -Englewood Beach (Has a playground and lots of parking) -Manasota Key (Crystal blue water) -Venice Beach (Has food, good for finding Sharks teeth & has a lifeguard) - Port Charlotte -Nokomis Beach -Casperson Beach -North Jetty -Blind Pass Beach -Stump Pass Beach (Has a Kayak launch) 1hr 45min to Disney! A note on dogs; we do allow dogs with a pet fee. Maximum of two small/ med dogs. The dogs must be under 65lbs. No puppies and must be potty trained and well mannered. Pet fee goes directly to the cleaners. Please message us with any questions! (We have 2 ring cameras outside for security purposes only.) one is over the garage and other side yard. NO CATS Guest access We will send you codes for wifi access and front door keypad at booking :) Other things to note The home is 5min from large shopping complex, movie theater and restaurants! 25min to waterfront dining and bars. Within biking distance to the greenway. Hot springs are within 10min. Pool can be heated to stay around 79° max (cold days in the winter maybe closer to 75°). There is an additional charge of $100 a week for the pool to be to cover the additional electricity. (Please note this is not a hot tub) We have 2 ring cameras for security, one in the front of the house and one in the back. Note on the trash- (trash day is Friday so please take the bins to the road Thur PM) The bin with the brown top is for Paper and cardboard only. The blue top bin is plastic and glass (please recycle and save the turtles). Everything else goes in the other one that's bigger :) -The recycling is every other week please see the schedule in the pictures for what week is what type recycling. -there will be a fee charged if trash is put in recycling bins! The pool guys come every other week to clean and check the pool, please leave screen doors unlocked so they can access the pool, Thank-you. -ice via ice trays (no auto ice maker in fridge) NO CATS allowed (due to allergies and risk of furniture damage)
