Welcome to Emerald Bay - a luxury lake home named for its expansive bay views in clear year round water. This custom home completed in 2022 is situated off the main channel in a protected bay. You will find breathtaking views throughout the home and outdoor entertaining at its finest. Enjoy swimming and water sports right off the stunning rock shoreline or from the 2-story double slip dock with roof top entertainment space. Emerald Bay is a two-story home with expansive lake views and outdoor entertaining on both levels. Breathtaking 17 foot vaulted ceiling in main level living room with store front windows showcasing sweeping lake views. Sleeping spaces: Main Level - Bedroom 1: King bed Second floor: - Bedroom 2: King bed - Bedroom 3: King bed - Bunk room : 2 Queen Beds and 4 Twins (sleeps 8) -Office/ Bedroom 5 : 1 Queen bed, does not have a window, sleeps 0 (at renters discretion) Entertainment features: - Large kitchen with oversized island - Indoor dining table with lake views - seats 8 - Outdoor dining table on covered wrap around deck - seats 8 - Outdoor wood-burning fire pit (firewood on site for use) - Brand new 2-story, 2-slip boat dock with 6 lounge chairs 4 adirondack chairs (new not in photos yet) and dining table under covered space. Both covered boat slips are reserved for guests who want to bring 2 boats. Power is provided on the dock. - Water sports: 3 kayaks (not in photos yet) 2 canoes, 1 paddle board - Year round water for boating access. Water at the end of dock is 33 feet deep at full pool. Dock will never touch the ground. - Hot tub on lower patio (added 2024) - Shoreline is rocky and can be climbed out of with minimal effort (left side.) - Outdoor ring toss game - Green monster fishing light (see photos) - Smart TVs in each bedroom and bunk room - 65 inch TVs in both upstairs and downstairs living space -WIFI - Pack and play for infants Guest access Guests have access to the whole home minus 1 owner closet and 1 cleaner close. Each bedroom and office has its own closet for guests. Other things to note A new hot tub was added to the property in 2024. Hot tub water is drained and refilled prior to each guest. Upon arrival water temperature might not be up to 100 degree temperature yet due it recently being drained a refilled. It takes about 8 hours to fully heat. The closet in our bunk room also serves as a tornado shelter with one foot thick reinforced concrete walls for your safety. There is a ring video door bell which monitors the front parking area for safety. A conveninet boat launch is available at Duncan Bridge Marina -- just 5 minutes by car or boat. The Marina charges a $10 launch fee. Our dock is equipped with a Shock IQ system (water electric current safety monitor for your family's protection. We also have Green Monster Fishing Light for great casting after dark. For water safety, we ask that guests bring their own life vests to use around the water.
