Secluded and private yet minutes to the town of New Paltz and Mohonk and Minnewaska Mountains where you can hike, bike, enjoy. Everything you could ask for and more. A perfect luxury escape! The space Everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous countryside is right here. First Floor Enter through a sunlight entry foyer with lounging areas surrounded by tons of natural light. From the foyer, walk into an open living space which is the home's centerpiece attraction. In the morning, have your morning coffee in the coffee room where you can make your perfect roast. Dinner time, make a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with mingling spaces and a cocktail bar to entertain guests. Relax in the living room and watch your favorite movie on the large Roku TV. Move into the huge Rec room to enjoy a lively game of ping pong, scrabble and board games. The Master bedroom has a bed fit for a king, lounging areas, a Roku TV and a private half bath. Also in the first floor is a smaller bedroom with a twin XL bed that connects to the main bathroom. Perfect for one adult or child. That room has a desk and work area as well. Upstairs You'll find a queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two full beds, all equipped with comfy Egyptian cotton bedding. In the closet, we keep a folding crib and highchair for the tots. A second full bathroom with a tiled glass shower sits in between the two guest bedrooms upstairs. Additional Sleeping A sofa in the downstairs living room converts into a full size comfy bed. Outside A luxurious pool is surrounded by a multi-tier deck and several lounging areas. We have floats and toys, a pool basketball hoop and outdoor games. Enjoy! Find a wrap around deck to star gaze and admire the fire fly show at night for the multi tied deck. Down a few steps is a stone patio complete with a new, huge Weber grill and an outdoor dining area with a swing chair. And when the day is over, don't forget to toast s'mores at the fire pit in the huge, stunning front yard while you gaze up at the night sky and watch the symphony of fireflies. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and property. A few supply closets are inaccessible. Other things to note We require that you list the exact number of guests in your party when booking. The nightly fee is based on six guests. We charge an extra fee per night for each guest after six guests and allow a maximum of eight guests. Our outdoor security system records the number of people that arrive and we reserve the right to charge for guests that are not listed. The indoor hot tub mentioned in our reviews was removed in 2026. There is no indoor hot tub/spa at the house. We ask that there be no parties at the house. We have a permit from the town which requires there be no events or parties and that there be a stated maximum number of guests. We ask you make sure to list any pet you are bringing. We allow one pet and charge a pet fee. We do not have any fencing so please leash your pets as they may be tempted to explore or chase local deer. Enjoy the pool safely. Children and teens must be closely supervised and not be left alone in the pool. The indoor fireplace and the wood stove in the entry way are not operational. An outdoor fire pit is set up on the property's expansive and open front lawn. Please make sure all fires are extinguished and no food is left outside. .
