Come and relax in my beach house, with friends or family, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need, you can only bring your personal belongings. The space The house is arranged on three levels: on the ground floor there is the living area with service bathroom, on the upper floor two rooms plus bathroom with docia. On the piano in the floor there is a third bathroom with shower. House located in the Residenses area, very quiet, is part of a residence, surrounded by very peaceful and discreet neighbors. The location is strategic because they are away from traffic but still close to the center and to all essential services. The area is a hill, therefore the road is in climb, it is a slightly narrow road typical of sea countries. To go down to the country a fare of the shopping or to go to the restaurant for dinner, if you do not like to call, you recommend you take the car because the return home is in ascent. In the country you will find: Supermerciar, Pharmacy, bar, restaurant and it will be my concern to give you all the indications in order to make your stay serene. If you like to attend the same beach for the whole stay or want to rent a boat or a scooter, I recommend you book first June, July and August. The house is located on several levels so it is necessary to make stairs. There is also a ramp of stairs from the parking lot to the door.
