Bohemian Hill House is a darling 3-bedroom 2-story home. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The Zoo is a quick 4-minute drive away and the Old Market is a short 15 walk. Great location for games or events downtown! Only 1 porch step required to get into the main level of the house. The main floor features 2 bathrooms & 1 bedroom. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms w/ king beds and a small office (queen air mattress by request). Parking for 1 car and easy street parking. The space The Boho Hill House is on a quiet street just a few blocks away from many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops. There is a parking pad beside the house and generally, street parking is available, if you have more than one car. The house will greet you with a relaxing front porch and a brightly colored purple door. Once inside you will find tall ceilings and low arches, this is an old house (if you are much over 6 feet you will need to watch your head at the arches.) Throughout the house, you will find fun, brightly colored eclectic artwork and antique details. In the living room, you will find two comfy couches and a TV, equipped with wifi, a blue ray player, and Roku, so you can log into your streaming platforms. The dining room comes equipped with a large table that can seat up to 8 people. Then on to the new brightly updated kitchen. New fridge, a dishwasher, and lovely butcher block countertops (please don't cut on the countertops - use the cutting boards.) There are two bathrooms on the main floor, the one located off of the kitchen has a shower tub combo. Off of the dining room, you will find a second bathroom that comes with a brand new shower and one bedroom with a comfy queen bed. If you head up stair you will find 3 more bedrooms, two of the rooms come with large king-sized beds. The last room is currently out of service as we are renovating the small office. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the house EXCEPT the basement and garage. Other things to note This is a vintage house, downstairs you’ll find tall ceilings but low arches! If you are much taller than 6 feet tall you will want to watch the arches.
