Hotel Double Room w/ Pool in Residential Zone

Our room is private and has two Queen beds, a wide and private bathroom with hot water, a 32" LED TV with cable, closet, wi-fi, and air conditioning. We are located near the City Mall, the Zona Viva, the Grand Central Bus Station, Copantl Hotel & Convention Center, hospitals, banks, the downtown, among others. We also have an energy plant. The space The room is private and has two Queen beds, a wide and private bathroom with hot water, a closet, a 32" LED TV with cable, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Besides you have access to one space in the garage with previous request and/or based on availability. The rate does not include breakfast. The pool can be used from 07:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday. The rates and fees DO NOT include taxes. Guest access La swimming pool, the social area of the pool, the front desk, and the garage. Other things to note - Please note: The one-time cleaning fee covers cleaning only once, at checkout. This ensures the space is properly prepared and ready for the next guest’s arrival. - The listed rate does not include taxes. Taxes will only be charged if you require an invoice with RTN for tax declaration purposes. In that case, an additional 19% hotel tax must be paid in cash at check-in. Please note that we cannot issue invoices for past reservations. - Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area since we have a small bar there. - The visitors of the hotel guests that wish to use the swimming pool must pay a fee of Lps. 250 per adult and Lps. 150 per child, for 4 hours, in cash at the front desk, and the pool schedules for said visitors are from Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 6 pm. - Visitors are allowed in the property from 8 am to 9 pm.
