Walking distance to restaurants, bike path, beach, parks, breweries, downtown, convenience stores, and much more. Host lives nearby and will be available as necessary or at check-in. The space The 1500 square foot home includes: Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with king size beds, smart TVs, and room darkening shades and sound machines for your sleep enjoyment. Both rooms also have ample room for a pak-n-play. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a tub/shower, and full size washer and dryer. There are also closets with lots of storage. Downstairs: Large living room has queen sleeper sofa (all bedding is in the chest next to the couch, room darkening shades (including on the glass doors), sound machine, two arm chairs, ottomans, and super soft area rug. Dining room/sitting room has a dining table and chairs, a desk, a closet with hanging rod and storage for anyone sleeping on sleeper sofa, set of drawers for clothes storage, two arm chairs (my favorite place to sit in the house) where you can relax and keep anyone working in the kitchen company. Half bath. Will be updated to a full bath for 2026. Kitchen with updated cabinets and granite countertops, professional gas cooktop, lots of storage. Sun porch/bedroom with (2) twin beds, dresser and hanging, sound machine, and room darkening shades. Back deck has chairs. New patio has table and chairs and two chaise loungers. There is also a grill. Yard has new privacy fence and sod installed June 2025, hot tub coming spring 2026. Front porch has seating for 4. Guest access The entire property with exception of the basement/crawl space. Other things to note Guests travelling with pets will be required to pay a $50 pet fee prior to check-in. There are vacuum, mop, washer and dryer available on property for you to clean up after your pet.
