Minimalistic Greek stonehouse on Samos mountains

Newly renovated old stone house in peaceful local village, away from tourist hubs, but close enough to get there in 20 minutes. Its perfectly placed in a mountain village on the south-eastern side of the island, very close to the main ports of Pythagorio and Vathy, and even closer to the airport. Also easy access to explore the rest of the island, as its kind of centered. The village is so nice, it has two wellworking tavernas you can enjoy anytime of the day. Mostly local people living here. The space The house is older than 135 years. I bought it in 2018 end renovated it through 3-4 years, keeping most of the details i could keep. Its really renovated and styled with so so much love, effort and passion and i hope my visitors will be able to sense the incredible pleasure and peace the house gives me. This is not a house built for rental aim, which i think you'll feel immediately. It is a private house that im using several months every summer, and this also means not working for several months, therefore i decided to rent it out when i cannot be in the house myself. I'm a danish/kurdish woman, currently living and working in Istanbul, you'll see a lot of details in the house brought from my two countries, Denmark and Turkey, also respecting the local greek style a lot. Mostly we renovated the outside and first floor inside the house. The bedrooms were only painted and the bathroom on the second floor is also kept as it was when i bought the house, as it was well-functioning and i found the style cute to be honest. The house has two bedrooms, one double bed and two singlebed (that can be turned into a doublebed as well). But i have two sofas in the livingroom that are not intended to sleep at, but in case you really want to stay at my house and you're more than 4 people, it can work, but i prefer not having more than 4 people staying in the house. The hallway tiles are new as well, as is the downstairs bathroom. The wooden stairs are very old, and i simply love thats its still strong and standing. The kitchen is also new, but in village style. Terasse is probably the favorite part of my house! It can get quite varm in the daytime, but you'll enjoy it! Hope that my house will be part of a magical adventure in the most beautiful Greek island of any times. Since you chose this island to begind with, i'm sure we have a lot in common and that my house also will touch your soul. I hope you get to feel some of the enthusiasm i have for this place.
