The space The apartment is located in a newly built apartment-building, on the second floor (there is an elevator). Room #1 is spacious common room including a sofa-bed (2 people can sleep on it), TV, a dining space with table and chairs, and an open plan modern kitchen. Room #2 is a separate bedroom, including a queen size bed. The apartment has a large balcony and has air-conditioning. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet.
