ESCAPE FROM IT ALL! This property is perfectly set up for your family reunions or special occasions. Full capacity of 12 guests with 8 in main home, 2-4 in upper level carriage home 1 bed suite. Multiple on-site parking, outdoor firepit, hot tub & BBQ. The Resort features Molly Hogan's Pub (Seasonal), ski lifts, tube park, summer aerial park & more! Close to hiking/ATV trails & lakes! The space PERFECT FOR EXTENDED FAMILY VACATIONS AND GROUP GETAWAYS!!! ACCOMMODATIONS: This accommodation is located near the ski lifts/trail heads (3 min drive) on a quiet residential street of private chalets. At maximum capacity, the main residence can comfortably house 8-10 guests in shared beds (3 bedrooms, one open loft with futon - could have more guests if they are fine bringing air mattresses!). The carriage home hosts max capacity of 4 in the suite, bringing total property capacity to 12 persons! The main floor has an open “Great Room” concept plan which consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living/entertainment area and family plus sized dining area. French doors lead to the fully covered patio with HOT TUB and BBQ that overlooks the property’s outdoor firepit (Wood supply is limited and may not be fully stocked so it is suggested you bring your own firewood to be guaranteed having a fire. Please adhere to all provincial/municipal fire restrictions). Master bedroom is located on the main floor and main bathroom has shower AND tub. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with double beds, full bathroom with shower and an open-air loft area with seating that converts to yet another double bed. The separate carriage home houses the private entry one bedroom upper floor suite which can accommodate four guests (1 bedroom and pull out couch in living area) and has full kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, patio area and outdoor firepit. All accommodations come with all the essentials plus: Free parking for multiple vehicles on site, Wi-Fi, televisions, towels, bedding, baby pack & play available upon request. Perfect for families, couples. Dogs welcome! NOTE: While our kitchen is basically equipped it is important to note that Sasquatch Mountain does not have any commercial vendors or stores at this time so please ensure you bring your own food/snacks/drinks and any condiments you would like. We will have complimentary tea and coffee maker on site as well as basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar) but want to make sure you have all that you need for the best stay possible. MOUNTAIN: Undergoing a massive expansion, Sasquatch Mountain currently has four lifts which service 35 different trail systems and accommodate skiers and snowboarders of all levels. These trail systems are also highly sought after by snow shoers and other winter enthusiasts. There is also a café for those mid-ski snacks and a pro-shop that offers ski/snowboard equipment rentals and even lessons for those just starting out. Apres ski, enjoy a burger and beer at Molly Hogan's Pub at the foot of the ski lifts! The summer season has become highly desirable with ATV trails and fishing at your fingertips. A recently added aerial park is a great draw for the adventurous junior guests that we have visit. Mountain bikers and hikers absolutely love the trail systems and exploring the terrain. A nighttime stroll with a headlamp can make even the most hardened city slicker become star struck. AREA: Sasquatch Mountain is located 18km to Weaver Lake and 16km to Harrison Lake, Harrison Hot Springs and Sandpiper Golf Course. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the basement area in the main house and the basement storage area in the carriage home. Visitor parking is ample and located on site. Hot tub is operational and ready. Firepit is open for use, subject to any firebans. Other things to note Please be advised that due to the the remote location of Sasquatch Mountain, there are occasional power outages - we do have a permanent generator on site that will automatically take over if this occurs. The property runs on a Starlink Satellite WiFi and Mesh system which typically runs speeds of between 60 and 130 MBS. Please note that as we are in a mountain range, speeds and connectivity can occasionally be affected by weather conditions. Televisions have streaming platforms available but we request that no pay per view movies are ordered during your stay. The road taking you up the mountain is paved for the first 2/3’s , while the last 1/3 is not paved and maintained as a gravel road to prevent slippery conditions when snow is present. During the winter season, the road can still be tricky with its narrow curves, bumps, accumulation of snow and sometimes, ice. For those months, the BC Ministry of Transportation has made it mandatory for any vehicle on Hemlock Valley Road to be carrying proper fitting snow chains. **Heating thermostats in upper level bedrooms of main house are reversed so each thermostat controls the other bedroom.
