We want to rent out to other families with children, who can also enjoy the zoo, the fishing jetty, the Sørland Center and experience the Sørland idyll, which is 20-25 minutes away by car. Child-friendly space on the «flat» so it is nice to walk in the streets, with 10 min walk to Vennesla city center. Shops, restaurant, bakery ++. In the garden you will find a sandpit, trampoline, cozy campfire, slide, swing, playhouse and barbecue. The space The house was built new in 2020. Located in a child-friendly area, with walking distance to the city center, shop, football stadium, swimming pool, playground, hiking areas and street kitchen, bus stop. The grocery store is the street next to us, a few meters away. Moseidmoen football field is also a few minutes away. We have a fairly large garden with safety gates for the smallest children. We have children aged 4 and 8. Here you will find a sandbox, campfire area, swing and playhouse with slide. Nice neighbors and the rental part is asked to be respected in terms of noise :) We are renting out for the 3rd year and hope you can feel at home, but at the same time take care of it as if it was yours. The house is over 3 floors, where the basement is long-term rental. You will hardly notice it. We rent out the main floor and upper floor which is a total of 240 sqm. Several seating areas. On the backside, the house has a large balcony with evening sun. Here there is a seating area and a gas grill. By car: • 20 min to the nice Hamresanden beach • 25 min to the funniest zoo, Sørlandssenteret, IKEA, popular Fiskebrygga, Kjevik airport, Colorline marina, Aquarama Spa and bath, Kilden theater +++ • 5 min drive to go "tømmerrenna", popular trip for all ages. This house is suitable for both one and several families. No smoking, partying, events or animals. Guest access You will have access to the main floor, the upper floor, the courtyard, the "playground" and the entire front garden. The garden behind, downstairs is for the tenant.
