All communication must be through Airbnb messaging. If you need assistance and you are not able to reach your host through message, ring the doorbell (ring) for immediate assistance. For any actual emergencies please contact 911. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with hardly any neighbors. You can get an idea from looking at our photos. !!! Please note, if you are bringing quads, side-by-side, motorcycles or other off- road vehicles. Be aware that the land all around the property is private property stay within the fence area within in the house as all other areas are privately owned. So please be respectful and stay on the designated road at the posted speed 15 mph. There are lots of places you can take your off- road vehicles. This is a private neighborhood, so please be respectful and do not ride them anywhere on Dusty Lane. Thank you!!! There is plenty of parking on the property. If you will be staying with us during the winter months, please note that if it snows heavily, you may need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to the property. Cabin has a 55 inch smart TV. Also, Wifi is slow in our area, but with the views and outdoor activities you won’t have the need to be on your devices ;). As the property is not setup to house pets. So we do not provide kennels, bowls, towels or any pet supplies. Must be house trained. Not allowed on the beds or furniture. There is no doggy door. Property fence is open all the way around, leaving pets in danger of running off into the wild or neighbors properties. Therefore your pet must be on a leash if stepping outside if not trained to stay near you. All dog waste must be picked up, bagged and disposed of in the outside trash can. An additional $30 pet fee for your stay. (For cleaning) maximum of two pets. This cabin has a long history, with over 300 positive reviews with its previous owners.
