The Guest Room consists of a King size bed, ensuite, air-conditioner, kitchenette, private secluded outdoor spa and private patio area, and a shared swimming pool with the Hosts. The space PRIVATE PATIO AREA The private patio area has a BBQ, fridge/freezer, and stylish outdoor setting, shaded for your comfort and the spa is secluded with beach towels and waterproof portable speakers. KITCHENETTE The Kitchenette includes a Nespresso Coffee Machine, Microwave, Electric Frying Pan, Bar Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, essential cooking appliances, microwave cooking containers, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, some Nespresso Coffee Pods for the first couple of days, Tea, Sugar, Pepper, Salt and Olive Oil. BATHROOM For your convenience, we have included Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Lotion, a Hairdryer, a first aid kit and some toiletries. SMART TV The Smart TV has Netflix for your watching pleasure – other Apps are installed, and you can log in with your own accounts. OTHER AMENITIES We have an Iron and Ironing Board, a desk for those needing to do some work, shopping bags, and two camp chairs that you can use at the Mindil Markets. BREAKFAST HAMPER ITEMS INCLUDED* For your first morning with us, we provide Eggs, Bacon, Cereal, Milk, Orange Juice, English Muffins, Butter, Jam and Seasonal Fruit. *Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. If you require groceries whilst you are staying with us, Coles and Woolworths are close by, and we are more than happy to receive your online order delivered to the property.
