The studio is located next to the historic center of old Cannet where there are pretty restaurants with terraces. Nearby, the Bonnard museum. The space This charming studio, ideally located near the old village of Le Cannet, Cannes and its beaches, offers a peaceful setting with a beautiful view and a pleasant terrace. Fully equipped, it is perfect for a stay for two, whether you are on a tourist or business visit. Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the studio has a friendly space including a living room with sofa, television and a dining table. The open, modern and functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need: fridge-freezer, hotplates, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed for a restful sleep. The clean and well-appointed bathroom includes a shower cubicle, towel rack, washing machine and sink. The toilets are separate for greater comfort. The terrace, a real asset of this accommodation, will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors thanks to its table and chairs. Quality sheets and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi and a TV are at your disposal. A set of keys will be given to you on arrival. Arrival times are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., and departure is scheduled until 10 a.m. but we are flexible when possible! This studio combines comfort, calm and proximity to local attractions, for a pleasant and worry-free stay. Check-ins are usually from 4:00 PM, but if the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly welcome you before. Please note that we do not offer check-in after 8:00 PM except for the following events: MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, Lions ▪️ LINEN We provide white bed linen, towels, a bath mat and a kitchen towel ▪️ STAYS LONGER THAN 15 DAYS For stays over 15 days, specific conditions apply, particularly regarding linen and cleaning. It is important to discuss these details together before confirming a long stay. 😊 ▪️PARKING There is no private parking space. Public parking reservations are available nearby for several days and are subject to a fee. Parking is possible (with varying degrees of difficulty depending on the time of year) on Rue du Lieutenant Noircarme (100m away) and Rue Colbert (50m away), where all spaces are free. Other paid parking options are also available at the foot of the building and in the surrounding area. ▪️ OTHER POINTS - Please keep noise to a minimum in the evening to avoid disturbing the neighbors. - Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. - There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy inside the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has not been respected (such as smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €300.
