The guest house is attached to a detached garage utilized by the hosts and guests do not have access to the garage. Parking for 2 cars plus space to park oversized vehicles/trailers. Ability to launch boats/jet skis at the boat ramp up the street and store boat trailers on the property. Guests have full use of the guest house, patio with outdoor table and 6 chairs, and lawn around guest house. Guests may walk down to and access the dock (children must be supervised at all times). Guests do not have access to pool at main house. Hosts are onsite and available when needed. Guest house located on 3 acre estate on beautiful Ward Basin, which accesses Blackwater Bay, Blackwater River, Yellow River, and the Gulf of Mexico. Very quiet residential area. Public boat ramp 600' from the property, boat trailers can be stored on site with access to tie up at host's dock. Plenty of parking on site. Guest house has two designated parking spots in front of unit and ability to store boat trailer on site. Possibility to bring an RV, although some tree branches on the approach roads may touch very tall towed items. If interested in bringing an RV, contact host for more information. Some areas of the property are still under development and maintenance is an ongoing task. Landscaping, maintenance, and property development activities will be handled during normal daylight hours. Property is located close to I-10 for quick access to Pensacola (20 min to downtown, 30 min to beaches) and close to SR 87 for access to Navarre Beach (20 min), Gulf Breeze (30 min), and Ft. Walton Beach/Destin (50 min). Milton has plenty of fun activities to offer in addition to proximity to the beach, including the newly developed Splash RV Resort and Waterpark, Adventures Unlimited (for river trips and ziplining), and the Blackwater River State Forest. Potential to bring RV to keep on-site, but guests should check with host before booking. There are some tree branches on the approach roads that may touch very tall towed items. Possibility to hook up to electric and water with prior arrangements, no sewer hookup.
