The high-quality and comfortably furnished apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Skiwiese am Rathaus and offers enough space for 6 people on 90 m². The heart of the apartment is the bright living/dining area with cozy sofas and a smart TV. There is also a large dining table with cozy chairs, where day trips can be planned, convivial game evenings can be experienced, and the dishes previously prepared in the kitchen can be eaten together. The bright kitchen is adjacent in a separate room and leaves nothing to be desired with the complete furnishings. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. In addition to the brightly tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, there is a separate toilet in the apartment. The guests of the Waldfrieden 4 apartment can use the roof terrace of the house together with the guests of the Waldfrieden 3 apartment. Both apartments have their own seating area and an electric grill. The apartment has two parking spaces, so no parking space search is required. A separate lockable room for the ski equipment or bicycles you bring is located in the basement. A washing machine can be shared with the other guests of the house. Other things to note An initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tabs or dish soap is included. Other consumables can be purchased directly on site at the supermarket or brought along. The key handover takes place on the day of arrival between 4 PM and 6 PM in our office "Am Amtsweg 1a, 38700 Braunlage." For arrivals after 6 PM, a key safe can be used at the office.
