Swiss Alps jewel, cozy flat with breathtaking view

At the edge of the village, just 10 minutes walk from the center lays our flat which is composed of one master bedroom, a wide livingroom with separate livable kitchen space, entrance and a wide balcony with stunning view. Seven people can be accommodated as beside the main room there are three fold away beds and a pull out couch. We also offer to book your activities for you and make your stay pleasant and simplified. The space The flat is conposed by: - a fully equipped livable kitchen - a wide living room - a bathroom with bathtub - a room with a double bed (180cm) - in the kitchen there is one fold away single bed of 90 cm - In the living room there is a double fold away bed composed of two 90 cm mattresses - The pull out couch accommodate 2 people. Parties are prohibited! Any violations of respect for the buildings and other tenants will result in a denunciation and a fine of 500 CHF The 20 mt2 balcony offers a stunning view on the Saas Valley and on lucky days you may see wild life on the below terrain. PLEASE NOTE IS OUR FAMILY HOLIDAY APARTMENT. Guest access The guest have access to the full apartament and to the laundry room. The laundry room is shared with the other tennants in the building and machines works with coins. Other things to note Excluded form the booking rate there is the Visitors Tax. The rates are the followings: Summer : Visitors’ taxes 7.-CHF Winter : Visitors’ taxesCHF 4.50. + Saastal card: - 3.80 CHF in Summer - 2.80 CHF in Winter Children 6-16 years for half price. More info: on Saas Fee tourism office website. PLEASE NOTE THE COST IS PER DAY PER PERSON. THE AMOUNT WILL BE REQUESTED THROUGH AIRBNB MONEY REQUEST. The laundry costs are also excluded as the Washing Machines in the building works with coins. The cost per wash is around 2.5 CHF so in case you need to wash make sure you have change.
