The yard is closed, free street parking, secure neighborhood. Your area is autonomous and independent. It includes your bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The house is surrounded by pedestrian paths that lead in a few minutes to the ponds of St Nazaire (Bois Joalland, where water activities and concerts are held, and Guindreff, a favorite spot for fishing enthusiasts). Beaches are a 10-minute drive, Leclerc shopping mall is 5 minutes away (Leclerc, Drive, Gas Station and other services). The Immaculate Conception neighborhood and all its shops are also 5 minutes away. Pornichet is a 15-minute drive, 20 for La Baule. Guest access Check-in is done in our presence. You will have a key for your entrance which is independent of the house key. Other things to note The rented part only includes the bedroom, bathroom and your toilet. Access to the outdoor terrace is possible if you wish. However, you don't have access to our private area. So there's no kitchen. To compensate for this, we have installed a mini fridge and microwave in the room with dishes.
