Enjoy everything the Jurassic Coast has to offer, whatever the time of year. Situated literally a stone’s throw from the majestic Chesil Beach, this contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, with private parking, is perfect for exploring or relaxing. The property is set back from the main road within a modern private gated mews, so the only noise you will hear at night is the sound of the sea. The space This house benefits from 3 bedrooms - a king, a double and a twin - and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath & walk-in shower and 1 with walk-in shower only. The double bedroom is located on the top floor with incredible views of Chesil Beach. The twin bedroom is also located on the top floor and shares the walk-in shower room with the double bedroom. The king bedroom and main bathroom are located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have Roman style black-out blinds and all 4 beds have Luna 4000 pocket mattresses, so super comfortable. The lounge, kitchen and patio area are all located on the middle of 3 floors. The lounge has a 43 inch smart TV, corner sofa and arm chair. Again fantastic views of Chesil Beach & the spectacular evening sunsets. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, full size dishwasher and microwave. The table (extendable) is situated in the kitchen and can seat up to 6 people. The house is professionally cleaned after every stay and the bedding, linens & towels are hotel standard quality. The spacious patio area is to the rear of the property (accessed from the kitchen). Table and chairs al fresco dining for up to 4 people and outdoor sofa area for relaxing.. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer (tucked away within a utility cupboard) in the spacious main bathroom. Underfloor heating to the ground and middle floor means that the property is always the perfect temperature. With allocated private parking for 1 car literally right outside the property (as marked). Guest access The property is within metres of the stunning Portland Coast Path, with spectacular views of the Jurassic coastline (see photographs). Follow the Coast Path south along the coastline before reaching Portland Bill. For the those with boundless energy you can walk all the way back along the circular route, or alternatively take the Portland Coaster 501 open top bus back to the cottage. Cottage within walking distance of shops, restaurants, take-aways and local pubs. Portland can be explored on foot, bicycle and/or by car. Portland Marina, Portland Castle & the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy (WPNSA) are all only short 10-15 minute walks away (or 2 minutes in the car). The seaside town of Weymouth is only a 10 minute drive, with further beaches situated along the coast. Other things to note Super fast WIFI. Bedding, linens and house towels are included.
