The house is located 1.2 km from the beach of the priory and the beautiful park of the Breton port with playground and animals and 3 km from the city center and its main beach, easily accessible by car or bike. Many easy to reach destinations: Aquarium 5 min, St Malo intra muros 15 min by car (a little more in high season). Possibility to take the shuttle boat located 1.6 km from the house, Mont St Michel 45 min, Cap frehel and fort la latte 45 min, Dinan (medieval city) 25 min... Accommodation connected by fiber - TV Guest access The entire home is available for your use as well as a garden shed of about 5 m2 if you have bicycles / scooters / body boards... Other things to note We offer our house for rent during the summer period as well as for school holidays. Space will be freed up to accommodate your belongings in the bedrooms and living spaces so you can stay in good conditions. If possible, we leave our cat during the stay and ask you to feed it. She is cuddly and calm and lives mostly outdoors. If this is a problem, we will take her back.
