This villa is in the city center, 5-10min walk to the beach. We have 8 rooms in this villa,this link is for one room of those. The bedroom and bathroom are private, we have a great sharing space ：living room, kitchen, garden, gym, and large swimming pool. We offer free breakfast, room clean-up everyday and 24-hours service. （If you saw the room you want is already sold, please check out more rooms on my home page, there are also other villas to choose. you could text me also. ) The space — CHECK-IN NOTES — Our room is maxmum for 2people using. (* No kids ,No pets please) Our check-in time is after 2pm, and check-out time is before 12noon. We can’t do early check-in or late check-out, but you could leave your baggage here for while before you check-in or after you check-out . We are sharing the garden , swimming pool , living area , kitchen area and refrigerator with other guests . Please care for public facilities and keep it clean. We provide free daily room cleaning service , please let us know if you don’t need it. We provide tissues, bath towels, bath supplies and hair dryer. Please bring your own if you need toothpaste and toothbrushes. * You are free to use kitchen tools and the refrigerator . But please do not take the food , drinks and belongings of other guests . * Please do not smoke in the bedrooms , feel free to smoke outdoor. *Please take care of the items of our room . If the bedding is left with indelible stains or the room items are damaged , you need to compensate. Please put your personal belongings in your own bedroom , we have provided you with a safe box and a minibar . * We are not responsible for the lost items. Couple of cats live here too , All of them are fully vaccinated , but there are still lot of cats in this area that not belong to us .Please be nice with them. * We are not responsible for the animal’s bite , scratch or allergy incidents.
