Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday! The space Collingswood is designed perfectly for two families or a large group and is orientated around a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, with two bedrooms and a bathroom off each side of that room. The main living room is a huge beautiful open plan kitchen with huge island, lounge area with TV and logburner, conservatory style dining area, and small utility room. There are wooden floors throughout the communal parts of the house, and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stunning, with dark grey contemporary units, with beautiful copper edging, white silestone worktops, and a large island with stools all round and an induction hob. It is a very sociable space! There is a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules. The kitchen and conservatory area look out with huge windows to the lovely large rear, fenced garden, with gas BBQ, patio, and lawn. The rear garden has a beautiful view to the south west towards Rosemullion Head and over Bream Cove. The garden backs on to a large field. The whole property benefits from much privacy and is in a very private quiet setting. The house has oil fired central heating, and plenty of hot water. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Guest access The whole house and both front and rear gardens are available for guests, other than the locked garage. There is a small outdoor storage area guests are welcome to use. Other things to note Two Bedroom House The house is also available as a two bedroom rental in the winter months, with two of the bedrooms locked, please ask for a reduced price. This is not available April through to October. 9th guest The 3rd bed in bedroom 4 is a camp bed which can be put up for a child upon request, it is not suitable for an adult or teenager, so the 9th guest has to be a smaller child. Dogs Collingswood is dog friendly but we do not accept all dogs. If you are keen to bring your dog, please send us an enquiry first and do not press Instant Book. Ask us about bringing your dog, thank you. Bringing your dog is subject to a charge and also you must agree to our dog rules for Collingswood.
