LOVE RENTALS - FIND YOUR BLISS This beautiful river view lodge has a bedroom on each side with the living/dining/kitchen and fireplace centering the lodge. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed and a futon (futon bedding not provided) with private bath (tub/shower combo) and bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed with private bath (shower only).The living area has 1 futon. One adult or two children ages 6 and under are allowed on each futon. Kitchen supplies are provided but if guests plan on cooking for large groups, please bring additional pots and pans. Lodges are 20-30 feet apart so you'll have plenty of privacy. Central air and heat is available in addition to a fireplace for the cold nights, alternatively you can cozy up around the fire pit outside. Frio Springs offers much room to explore and enjoy. Smaller children will enjoy the playscape inside a gated community and are more than welcome to bring bicycles to ride on the paved drives. Our community pool is great for all ages with a wade in feature, water spouts and waterfall. Our pool closes at 11:00 p.m. The Frio Springs are available for all guests to enjoy fishing, swimming, wading or just sitting on the banks enjoying the ducks. Our swimming hole is not large but great for a good cold dip. Guests can tube around the swimming hole or have fun on the shared property kayak. It is recommeded to wear river shoes on the dam so you don't slip. Guests that bring bag chairs can sit in the shade and enjoy the shallow part of the springs near the waterfall/dam.
