The dining room area sits right inside the back entry and will accommodate four people comfortably. Wifi is available for use, smart t.v. In each bedroom (guest must sign in with own applications account). This amazing space also provides a separate working area with a desk and plenty of lighting for your convenience. The back patio includes a seating area, grill including utensils and a private 4 person hot tub. Umbrella and chair pillows available inside the property for use during your stay. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire place. Other things to note Pets allowed with host approval and a non-refundable fee will be applied per pet per trip. If you are booking this property and traveling with pets, please be mindful of the carpeted areas. The complex provides huge grassy areas for pets to exercise. Please make sure you pick up after your pet as courtesy to other residents. For stays longer than a month a pet fee per pet will be applied. For stays longer than 28 days housekeeping crew is required to come in and clean every 10 to 12 days and that is at the guests expense as well.
