Text messages are only answered until 9:00 p.m., unless you have trouble getting in, but please remember that check-in is at 4:00 p.m. No earlier. It depends on the cleanliness and the condition of the previous residents’ house. The space The property has a sofa, a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a large, modern bathroom, a very spacious kitchen-dining area with all the utensils you might need, a very large backyard, and a laundry room. The patio of this residence as well as laundry is private use only for this accommodation. Note: Do not flush toilet paper or wet wipes down the toilet. There are signs in the bathroom indicating this. I provide two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, as well as 5 trash bags. If you need more paper or bags, there is an additional cost. If the guest wants changes of towels, linens and cleaning within the stay there is an additional cost. No parties or loud music, including the TV volume, are allowed. Please keep the volume down. Guest access This Giant Apartment consists of a large living room, large kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, laundry room and a very large backyard. Only use for this accommodation. It also has a portal and a parking lot for 2 to 3 cars. In the bathroom we have a sign that you CANNOT throw wet paper or towels (wipers) in the toilet. Other things to note If you need a mobile oven to make a barbecue on a special date, please let me know before arrival to try to arrange more conditions.
