Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to the center and train station, enjoy the calm of this room with its small independent bathroom in my house. On the third line, the house has all the advantages of proximity to the center (5 minutes from tram C and D, 1 minute from the train station) while hearing the birds singing. Breakfast available at extra cost The space the house is composed of 4 rooms, a large living room that opens onto the open kitchen, an office and a second bedroom with its bathroom. I live there with my 15-year-old teenager, and two cats. everyone is quite quiet and independent. The bedroom and bathroom overlook part of the end of the yard, you won't be overlooked… Guest access you have access to the living room, the kitchen and outside of course!
